I adore my new car. I used to have a big engine cars like Lexus and Jags but I just wanted something to get back on the road. To own something that is so straightforward and simple is a blessing. I'm just grateful I found this.

Coming from North Wales to Crewe was a big trip for me so I was counting on the online advert to be reliable. Luckily the Renault was perfectly described and as advertised. The team honestly couldn't have done enough for me and while I was at the dealership, I delt with Norbert who managed to do me a good deal on the car. They treated me well to say the least.

Advantage Vehicles isn't like other dealerships because you don't get the typical sales tactics. Andy took his time to discuss the best options with us and to make sure we made the right choice but without putting any pressure on us, he was actually really friendly and approachable. This was the first time visiting Advantage Vehicles but I would happily recommend them.

Norbert has been great to deal with while I was enquiring about the Fiat 500, which ultimately I drove away in. There was a small issue with the tyre but it couldn't have been resolved any more efficiently, and it has been perfect since. The car has only been out a handful of times but i've been getting on fine with it.

This isn't my first time dealing with Advantage Vehicles as I have had a couple of cars off them in the past and I know what kind of great service to expect. I went for the Skoda Octavia, which I'm still getting used to but it's been great for now. We are going on a trip to Blackpool soon, so we will see how it gets on. Touchwood everything stays the way it is.

For now everything is okay with my Ford but I haven't had a lot of time with it so I'll keep an eye on it. Andy looked after me and it's safe to say he was more than helpful.

When it was time to change my car, I contacted Andy at Advantage Vehicles again. They did such a great job with my last car purchase, they were naturally my first choice this time around - They didn't disappoint! The car I had my eye on had only just arrived into the dealership and needed a little bit of TLC before it was ready for sale. The guys replaced the gearbox for me as quickly as they could, and it was as good as new in no time! I collected the car the following week & couldn't be happier with my choice. It's been absolutely perfect ever since & drives like a dream! Big thanks to Andy and the team for always going the extra mile.
