I have used these guys before and I was happy with the service, so I went back again. Each time I have noticed they are never pushy with sales or messing you about. They are there to actually provide a great customer experience. It was all a really quick process, which I like. I never feel like the team is ungenuine. They are just a really good group of people. The car itself does have a slow puncture, but I am aware these things happen and I can't fault the dealership for that. They made sure the car was valeted and prepared for me, and I would definitely return for a third time in the future.

4 - the sales side of things everything was seamless, helpful and accommodating. Only marked down one due to car handed over with wrong seatbelts buckle fitted which should have been picked up as a MOT Fail but wasn't checked. Thank you

This was the first time I had been to this dealership. I have been really pleased with the service I received from the staff. Everyone was very helpful. It was a quick process, I went to view the car and had it within the week. The car was lovely and had been valeted for me, and I have had no issues with it since.

Speed and ease of purchase. Thus far, the vehicle is in good order. Also impressed with the additional service of obtaining a parcel shelf for the car, which had been missing at purchase (though not the correct size, still greatly appreciated).

Really good service from the garage. My only grumble was I waited a week for the car which was fine, but they said it would be cleaned before I got it which is why I waited the week but it wasn't done.
