Had a few niggles to sort out post-purchase but the dealership worked with me to resolve everything.

My Kuga's absolutely great and I’ve been getting on really well with it. As soon as I saw it I knew I wanted it, so there wasn’t much selling involved haha! The guys arranged my test drive, sorted the everything out then had the car delivered on time and in pristine condition. If and when I need another car, I’ll definitely be going back to Affordable Car Centre as they’ve filled me with confidence that they sell good quality used cars.

I can’t knock the customer service I received at Affordable Car Centre and I’m pleased with the car. The logbook could’ve arrived quicker as it delayed me putting my private plate on, but that was probably down to the DVLA more than them. My front washer jets aren’t working and I’ve just had an EML come on too, but I’ve got warranty with the car so I’m not too worried.

I did have a couple of things that I wanted sorted prior to getting the car, and within two days of placing the deposit, they had the issues I mentioned resolved. I’m really happy with this overall. My wife also likes the Jaguar. I will be returning to Affordable Car Centre in the future. I’ve already been in touch with them regarding a van I’m looking for at the moment, but unfortunately, they don’t have one in stock, which is a shame. I would still recommend anyone to give them a look, they were brilliant with me and kept to their word.

I bought this car for my son as his first car, and it’s doing him just fine with no issues. The team at the Affordable Car Centre were great throughout the sale and made the whole process really easy!

The service was really good, and the car has been running perfectly since I got it with no issues. There was a small problem with the finance company paying out, but that wasn’t the dealer’s fault. The sales team were great at helping get it all sorted. If I’m ever in the market for another car, I’ll definitely go back to this dealer.

The level of customer service was nothing short of amazing. They were eager to help and resolved everything in a timely manner. When an issue came up with my lock, they ordered the part to be delivered to my home address so I could take the car to a garage to get it fixed. The only thing is, I haven't gotten around to sending over the invoice for reimbursement. The staff were absolutely lovely, and I can't recommend them enough at Affordable Cars Centre! A big five stars from me!

My new Merc that I bought is brilliant and I’m really enjoying it. When I initially got the car there were some issues, but I left it with them for just over a week and they sorted everything out for me. So, my experience has been really good. If I need a car in the future and they have one available, I'd definitely shop here again.

My new to me Nissan Note is doing okay, the customer service I received from the salespeople was great and they were so respectful and professional through-out the entire process.
