Very poor from sales to after service, purchased a motorhome from them and agreed some parts to be repaired/ sorted before we collected , we phoned and checked the week of collecting to confirm it would be ready and told it was , to our surprise when we arrived the vehicle hadn’t even been touched parts still missing cambelt not done ! We picked it up 2wks later and the van broke down the next day ! On speaking to Alan Kerr we got told to buy a battery having told them it wasn’t the battery as it had already been checked . So far they haven’t returned a call after promising to keep me informed even though I’ve told them which part they need to order ! The part is available for next day delivery from several internet sites but Alan kerr seem to want to do nothing about it I wouldn’t buy from them again

Just bought a 2023 Rollerteam Pegaso 590 and yes we did have a couple of teething problems. We live approx 350miles away from Paignton so when we had a problem with our Truma panel we tried unsuccessfully to get someone local to help us. We rang Alan Kerr and am delighted to say they spend two days getting the problem sorted. We can truthfully say that all the staff were polite and helpful and would like to thank Simon and his team for all their help.

I would not under any circumstances recommend buying anything from this company. We bought a brand new Motorhome from them and had several issues some major with the vehicle. As we live over 300 hundred miles away it isn’t easy getting things sorted and still over a year on we are still trying to resolve some. They don’t return calls , they don’t answer emails they are the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal. My advice is don’t go to them, otherwise you will be sadly let down stressed and annoyed

Safer to purchase a vehicle from Facebook. Difficulties getting to collect the van as 'they kept finding issues with it' surely these should have been resolved before putting up for sale. Since collection van has still got its faults but trying to find someone to take responsibility for the issues has been impossible. When I asked several times to speak to a manager I was just passed to another salesperson. Even wrote to managing director and got no response, clearly they just want to take people's money regardless of how faulty the vehicles are. Rear door will no longer lock on my van so unable to drive it as it opens when you move, can even open it if the van is locked. Yet again no contact from Alan Kerr representatives so contact made with trading standards and seeking legal advice as I am unable to get to work without a vehicle. Please avoid at all costs, really wish I had!! Pity you cannot give zero stats
