I purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee from Alan Kerr Leisure in Feb 2017. The engine warning light came on when I was 100 miles into my journey home. Pulled into service station and called them - they advised me to drive home & get the issue fixed at a local garage. Now I'm £200 out of pocket as all they have done is referred me to the warranty company who won't pay the whole bill for repair. All this within just a few months of picking up the car. What a way to treat a customer. I would not recommend this dealership.
