Visited the dealership to buy a car we saw online for my wife. As soon as we arrived we knew this wasn't your usual car dealership. This is a good ol' family run dealership like you used to get when car buying wasn't a pain. We dealt with Alan himself - he was an absolute pleasure! Knew his cars and didn't push us for the sale. Let us look around the car in our own time. Answered any questions we had straight away (unlike the usual dealership "I need to speak to my manager"). The after sales service was also second to none. They did everything we asked for. If only other dealerships were like Alan Tully cars. My wife and I wholeheartedly recommend this garage! Our daughter was extremely pleased with the biscuits! :-)

My husband and I visited Alan Tully cars with the intention of buying a car they were advertising, and trading in our own. From the phone calls for the few days before to actually doing the deal, Joe & Alan were courteous and friendly. they certainly knew what they were doing and talking about and my husband and I would happily recommend this dealer to any future customers.

Alan Tully Cars are absolutely awful car dealer. I bought a BMW with a fresh MOT for the year, only for the engine management light to come on before I pulled out of the lot. They said the computer needed restarting, but after doing so the light came back on after I got the motorway. Turns out the oil pump was broken (yet no check oil light came up, so I'm assuming they or someone else disabled it). After saying I would like a refund (which I am legally entitled to) I was refused for days until they knew there was absolutely no way to fix the damage without much expense to themselves. Friendly staff all round that somehow turned very dark and snappy once I said I was thinking about a refund. I was actually told, "you can think about it all you want" before they then withheld my refund until they attempted to fix a repair that they were previously told was more money than its worth (a mechanic told them this, but they went to ANOTHER mechanic to get it done). To sum it up: DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY at Alan Tully Cars.
