We did our first big trip to Scotland on the Friday after I picked the Toyota up on the Tuesday from Alexander Daniel & Co Ltd. It made all the difference, very refined on the motorway. It's a bit bigger than the old car which makes parking more difficult for herself but she'll get used to it. Overall, brilliant thanks.

A class service all round, the sales staff were really helpful and quick to get my new Nissan sorted! Nothing seemed like too much trouble for them, I was able to take my time looking at the car and take it for a nice long test drive before making the purchase on this vehicle, I highly recommend these and would shop here again in the future.

Everything is spot on with my Audi, I have dealt with other dealers before and things have been rush, rush and they did not want to answer my questions which is something that is needed when buying a new car because you want to know everything about it. With Alex he was patient and did all of that for me. I would not go back and buy another car from anyone else now apart from Alex

Alex is an absolute pleasure to deal with! He really went the extra mile to ensure my Mercedes was perfect. The car was without a reversing camera and a cup holder for my brew. He was kind enough to source these extras for me and get them fitted to the car. The service really was tailored to me. I am overjoyed with the Mercedes it is perfect! Buying my Antara from Alexander Daniel & Co was my first experience with them. I had found them online and booked an appointment to come and see the car in person. From the moment I arrived I was greeted with a warm welcome and the friendliness continued throughout. I was more than happy with the customer service, it was brilliant! I must start by saying how reassuring it was to deal with someone who knew what they were doing and was so trust worthy. Alex ensured that every aspect of the purchase ran smoothly and he gave some really useful advice. I am very happy with the Q5 I purchased, its a gorgeous car and is running well.

I must say that the 2 and a half hour drive to Alexander Daniel and Co was worth it for the top of the range customer service I received and the amazing Skoda Superb I purchased. The car is running absolutely fine. I had a small issue with my light however I am more than happy with how it was rectified- I mentioned it once and I got the money back in the click of the fingers. I have no complaints in the slightest. I never give full marks but if there is anyone who would get a 5 stars from me, it would be this dealership.
