Avoid this dealer, they are not trust worthy. Had to have my car rejected, the so called "brand new Ford edge vignale" had seats destroyed, completely rusted underneath and had many more flaws. Had to fight for a month with them for the refund. They had to refund my money, I've been to them 10 times and they still haven't refunded me the full amount after about a year. Everytime I asked them for it they said it'll be done within a week. I may have to take this case to the court. A different review shows the car and my review about it. Worst dealer I've ever encountered.

Nice chap. Organised and well informed at Allen Ford Romford. Answered our questions and when we picked our Ford B Max up, everything that needed doing was done
My mum Shirley and I bought a B Max at the VIP Event and Frankie could not have been more professional & friendly. The deal we got was very fair with 3 year warranty and nothing was too much trouble. The handover & all dealings with Frankie & the other staff was exceptional.
My salesman was Lloyd and was a pleasure dealing with him from start to finish. He kept me upto date with all that was going on.

From start too finish the sales team at Ford Romford were very helpful and found me the car I wanted at the right price,Harry coot was especially helpful and did everything he said he would regarding matts and the spare wheel. Car was spotless when I picked it up, valeting was excellent
