I could not recommend Harry enough to people, he's a brilliant adviser & helped us through every step of the way. He wasn't too pushy, just committed to helping us find the perfect car. Not only was he very professional, he also created a friendly, comfortable atmosphere. I purchased a focus from Allen Ford on London Road in 2012. After i purchased the car i received a logbook for a car that i did not own yet. A member of staff at the dealership had forged my signature on a log book illegally. The manager at the dealership, Terry, would not cooperate. I had to contact the DVLA myself and amend the problem. Do not buy from Allen Ford in Romford.
