Just purchased Audi q3 from alpha cars Catterick. Excellent experience. No hard sales just very helpful staff. Quality service from everyone. Would recommend to anyone. Big thanks you to all.
Bought a Hyundai Tucson in March and purchased extended 12 month warranty. Reported steering issues to Alpha Cars and requested copy of warranty, as booked into Hyundai Main Dealer for diagnostics. No warranty had been processed at the time of purchase so any work to resolve steering issues not covered. New steering rack required at a cost of £3k with main dealer. Alpha cars undertake the work with reconditioned part. (Been told that this job should only be done by main dealer). Fault still remains and evident when driven by independent vehicle technicians and now radio silence from Alpha Cars. Taken legal advice and looks like court action is on the cards to either have main dealer repair costs covered by Alpha Cars or the option to return car as per Consumer Rights legislation. Reporting to Trading Standards and AA Standards.

Bought a car from here online to be delivered and was told the vehicle had a full service history, two keys, was immaculate and well looked after, and had just been serviced. What I received: no service history paperwork since 2019 (4 years), a 2nd non-working key from a different vehicle, and a car that broke down after 4 days (28 miles) due to a non serviceable battery that needed replacing at my cost. Was told they'd sort these issues every time I called but they never called or emailed back. Only when going through an Alternative Dispute Resolution with the AA Standards they're signed up to, did they have to cough up to all they'd promised. Woeful, with no intention of fixing any issues they may have missed/caused. How they're still signed up to AA standard god only knows.

I just bought a vw camper and dealt with Trevor absolutely fantastic to deal with I live in scotland and the guys brought it up from Yorkshire and didn't charge me anything for diesel the vw is lovely it was spotless inside and out definitely deal with them again in the future if I have any trouble I have just to get intouch with them

Recently purchased a 2nd hand Kia Soul from alpha cars and after a few days called them to report a few things that needed repairing . From the onset I had nothing but unreliable information from them ., lie upon lie about what was happening with the car no updates as promised and I had to repeatedly call them to find out what was happening with the vehicle. As my patience began wearing thin I demanded the car to be returned with all jobs completed. It was returned after 4 and a half weeks but to my dismay not all jobs were completed and I refuse to take it back even with the three month warranty. Lovely car but I’d rather pay to get these things repaired at a reliable garage than take it back to these monkeys. Stay clear is my advice !

Above and beyond service from Michael and the team. I have bought a few cars over many years, this was the best service I've received. I live in Scotland and Michael arranged a viewing for me at my front door. I purchased the car the following day and it was delivered to my front door in perfect condition. MAJIC great company great team. Don't hesitate to buy from them....you are genuinely looked after. I love my Evoque.
