BUYERS BEWARE!!! Good with info when trying to sell you something buy terrible at delivering.. Got a car on finance back at start of 2022 and was told EVERYTHING was fully working.. So went ahead had to wait a couple.of daya to actually get the car but once i did i noticed one of the cigarette lighters didnt work.. so went back and asked if they could have alook, after 3rd time asking the mechanic came out and "checked" and cpuld find the reason behind it and assumed it may be a specialised thing and they were currently talking to someone to do this sort of work.. 2 weeks pass and still nothing and everytime I brought up the issue i was shrugged off and they got prickly.. so after after extended time on 30/05/2022 i went to a nissan specialised to get it assessed paying nearly £90 and it ended up being just a simple blown fuse.. I raised this with the finance company but alpha cars just told them they actually advised me to go to a specialised, which they DID NOT!! BUYERS BEWARE

Thought my car had developed an Electrical Fault following short Trip. Excellent Service yet again. Car collected and contacted today by Neil who found the fault lay not with the car but the Black Box Unit supplied by Admiral. Car was only away a day and returned today. Very courteous young man with a smile included and handed keys again. Thanks again Alpha you never fail to amaze me. Phil

Purchased vehicle and professional delivery that’s where it ended. Car had fresh MOT however vehicle had vibrations at speed developed an issue that related to power loss of the motorways after less than 300 miles. Contacted dealership who didn’t really appear to care. Said they would look into nothing ever back. Cosmetically care ok, mechanically poor.- you but they forget you.. Avoid - now I’ve got a lemon to live with or sell with a family afraid to travel in it. Regretful purchase.

This is our 3rd car from here always been looked after especially after buying the car witch I find is the most important it's no good been nicey nicey at the sale then not wanting to no you .this garage gos all the way to keep you happy ..I trust this garage my last car was sorted over the phone more or less told them what I needed and with in 3days it was at my door sold sealed deliver as the saying gos lol ..thanks again for looking after us once more ..so if your looking to buy a good car try then you won't be disappointed.. So customer focussed. Mike described the car in great detail and it proved to be showroom when it arrived on the lorry (free delivery 150 miles) two days later. He even taxed the car and the whole transaction was made easy. Highly recommend Alpha Cars North Yorkshire.

In spite of lots of positive reviews on other sites and, in fact, my own positive experience in the past, my most recent purchase from Alpha Cars has been terrible. The car was not ready on time, agreed work had not been completed, it was dirty and it was delivered to me with a number of other faults that should have been picked up. I have been left hundreds of pounds out of pocket for work that should have been done. Aftercare from Alpha has been appalling. In my opinion and based on my own experience, I recommend that anyone in the market for a used car steers very well clear.
