Without a doubt I'm rating these guys 5 out of 5. Unlike the big companies that you visit where you feel pressure to buy a car because they're trying to earn that commission, I didn't get that feeling from any member of the team at Andrew James Cars. It was nothing but pure honesty, and at no point did I feel like they had a hidden agenda, they really had my best interest at heart. I purchased the Clio as my previous car needed to go in the garage (which is still in for repairs), and it's been the perfect replacement. It's running great, and I've not had any issues. Once I get the car back I'll be back to part exchange the car because the service was that decent. From start to finish, the team was fantastic.

The car purchased from Andrew James Cars Ltd was for my step daughter and she is over the moon with the car, I've not had one complaint from her. Andy looked after us on the day and he is an absolute legend! He couldn't do enough for us on the day. The guys and girls who worked on the vehicle were very good as well. No issues whatsoever.

My Mercedes CLA has been excellent and I've used it quite a lot in the time I've had it. The customer service I received was first class. All my questions were answered and I'd definitely give them 5 stars.

I purchased a Golf, and I absolutely love it—it’s my dream car! There are a few minor things I need to get looked at, like the Bluetooth settings and broken clips in the front wheel arch wells, but overall, I’m really happy with it. I can’t remember the salesman’s name because I was so eager to get the car that I forgot, but the service was great. I was offered a test drive and never felt pressured at any point. If anything, I was the one pushing to get the car as quickly as possible.
