Bought audi tt on line from Hewaswater Garage and I didn't even see the car because I live in South Wales 4 hours away dealer was brilliant the car was as he said looks lovely drives lovely I would recommend this dealer to everybody what man Simon was very easy and quick I don't mind driving over 4 hours for a car off the dealer again c u in a few years cheers mate

My wife and I came to Andrew Toms Car Sales to have a look at getting a new car. Had a great selection and no hard sell. Wife chose a car, no problems taking out for a test drive. She liked it and brought it and when we came back to part exchange her old car, it had been cleaned fully and then they proceeded to go over everything and explain all the parts of the car to her and all the technology in it. All this was done on a Sunday after they officially closed but spent the time to make sure my wife was happy and comfortable in the car before driving off. So impressed with the customer service will certainly come back if my own car needs replacing

Bought a BMW back in October 2018 before collecting the car I phoned and was told everything was ready! Arrived at Andrews toms garage! The brake disc that should of been fitted hadn't been done! Car wasn't even cleaned properly! Polish marks all over the car! Not a good start! Simon finally agreed to take the car back and replace the discs and just as the car is coming up to the end of its warranty the car had complete engine failure! Not what you expect from a car that's just been picked up 4 months ago! Had to pay for full rebuild Not a reliable and trustworthy dealer.

I brought a car from hewaswater garage and I have had nothing but problems and when I took the car back the answer was you brought a used car what can we do well I know it’s a used car but losing water and burning oil on a used car was not good enough it’s a joke as the garage is stay clear.

Went to have a look at the cars on show at Hewaswater Garage with no intention of buying. Saw a Ford Eco Sport that I liked and spoke to Shaun Hocking the salesman. Gave me the keys and told me to have a quick drive in it to see what I thought. Really liked the car and after having a very informative talk with Shaun I decided to trade my old car in an buy the Ford. Three days later the car was mine and Shaun did all the paper work for me so there was no worries. Really friendly service .

I recently bought a used car from Andrew Toms at Hewaswater Garage and from the beginning every member of staff I have dealt with, both on the phone and in person, from sales staff to mechanics, have been friendly, polite & helpful. From collection at the local station to lifts while waiting for a couple of outstanding niggles to be sorted nothing has been too much trouble - and it's not as tho I was spending big - these people just want to make their customers happy. Highly recommended!
