Went to look at a car today having discussed a price over the phone. Having taken the car for a drive and looked it over I went back to 'Simon' the salesman to make an offer. Once realising I was going to make an offer lower than discussed on the phone his whole demeanour changed, he told me if I can find a cheaper car with lower mileage to go get it before allowing me to talk he got in the car and drive it away to park in the forecourt. I have never met such a rude person let alone car salesman. Disgraceful behaviour. Waste of time!!
