I bought a BMW from here in Feb '21 by May '21(96 days) and having covered less than 3500 the engine failed. Contacted dealer to ask what they will do about it while stating the consumer credit act 2015 and they've denied all liability saying that their lawyers have advised that I need to take it up with the finance company. They also asked me to make a claim on the warranty that they provided, but it wasnt worth the paper it was printed on as I needed to provide the exact cause of failure which required me to pay for removal of the engine to and there was no gurantee that warranty would reimburse me. After taking delivery of the car, I got further history of the vehicle from BMW which stated that there was some mechanical work done to the car. I asked the dealer about this and they denied all knowledge of it even though the mileage showed that the car was in their possesion at the time. Mileage was also 500 miles over the advertised figure. I'm now left with at broken car on my driveway that I cannot afford to fix and these guys are still selling cars to the unsuspecting public I bought this car from them during lockdown and I trusted them because they were highly rated by Autotrader but ive now learned that this doesnt mean anything in the real world and its a very costly lesson experience. DO NOT trust these cowboys!!!! DO NOT buy anything from them as they have no interest in you other than to take your money.

Brilliant! Anthony Dale Prestige were very helpful and very friendly. Really put my mind a ease after a failed purchase from another garage. I am so happy with my car and I will defiantly be purchasing my new car through them! Thanks again!

I personally wouldn't use Anthony Dale again, there were codes on the dashboard that had been deleted a week before I purchased it, various marks had been patched sprayed and temporarily touched up, there was an issue with the brakes that had also been disguised as well as other mechanical faults. I had all of this confirmed by a mechanic and when I called Anthony Dale he denied all liability. Very poor dealership.

First of all I have to say the car is excellent, they do sell good cars and they were very thorough in taking me through every aspect of the vehicle inside and out. With this being said it's a shame they let themselves down by unfairly knocking me down on my trade in price, I did everything they asked, sent in photos of my car and gave them every detail they needed, we agreed on the price and once the finance had been paid and I was at a point of no return they began to say this and that about the car and went back on the agreed number, this is a poor practice and it's a shame as I would have happily bought from them again but now I will be going elsewhere in the future.
