4* There was a slight delay but the staff kept me informed.

Great car, happy with it. Only issue is the tracking is off over 70 mph but because I've been so busy with work, I haven't been able to raise it with AR Auto Sales, otherwise it’s fine. Customer service was great, there was no pressure at all, which is what you want.

Everything has been alright. I have spoken to the dealership and need to take the car back for something that is covered under warranty, but the car is great. This was my first time buying here and it’s been very good. Quick and efficient service. Would come back in the future.

So far the Hyundai i-10 hasn't caused me any problems and I'm happy with it. I'm still waiting for the V5 to arrive but fine otherwise. The customer service was okay but I felt he was hiding the spare key from me on the day of the handover as when I got home, it wasn't working properly.

4, very good and quick service, would recommend others only reason I have not given a 5, as there was a slight delay in getting the vehicle and if I was kept up to date that there was a delay in the garage and not having to chase myself it would have received a 5

It has been going really well so far. The coolant light came on, so I rang AR Auto Sales, and they got me booked in straight away. They provided good aftersales care, and there is no reason why I would not give them five stars.

The Kia Sportage I purchased from AR Auto Sales has been pretty good. The customer service was lovely, and I would recommend the dealership.

I am enjoying the Hyundai i30, which I found while looking on AutoTrader for Hyundai models. I am happy with how everything went at the dealership.

We had an average experience overall. There was some confusion regarding the car tax, as we were told it would be £20, but it turned out to be £200. We also had a disagreement on the price on the day, but overall I like the car and believe we eventually got a good deal
