Over the moon with my recent purchase. I bought during the tougher times so home delivery was the easiest and safest option. The dealer was brilliant from start to finish. Everything ran according to plan, the chap who delivered it was lovely, he showed me around everything and was very covid safe. Really friendly guys, I went to look at an Audi A4 and I loved it, but wasn't too pleased with 1 of the tyres, he agreed to replace and actually replaced both front tyres for me instead of just the 1 (and to be honest he could have got away with just replacing 1). The car is great, I'm really happy with it and love driving it. Its a petrol and Ive been in diesels for some time now, so Im still getting used to it, but so far Im chuffed!

We found a SEAT Ibiza with Auto Range Car Sales in Edinburgh and we had a car to trade in. We spoke over the phone and discussed prices, details etc. The staff were very polite and friendly and lovely to deal with. We drove to the dealership and the trade in was very straight forward and easy, the process was simple and the dealership looked after us along the way, When we arrived the car was pristine, it looked perfect. We had a fantastic drive home in it and are very pleased with it since.

The whole experience was great buying a car here, I bought a Mercedes and the car itself is a dream, its bob on. Great customer service from the team, helpful, knowledgeable and very organised! I had a small dropping of oil and the dealer took it in got it fixed up and back to me, it was quick and they didnt question it at all. When I contacted with the issue, the dealer was right on the ball, nothing was too much trouble - highly impressed.

I cannot fault the customer service and after sales at Auto Range, both me and my Husband bought a car at the same time and the staff were just fantastic. I had a few issues with a tyre and ABS when I bought it, but Auto Range got it all fixed up and to a great standard, they sorted it quickly and professionally. I would be more than happy to recommend to others and certainly use them again myself in the future, my husband is also over the moon with his car. Thank you to the team at Auto Range!

A straight talking, simple and easy dealership to deal with. The updates were regular and everything was as it should have been and on time. The car was just as it looked online and I cant pick a fault with it, its great.
