My daughter purchased a car from this outfit and from the moment the agreement was signed it has been a nightmare. The car was not fit for use from the moment it left the yard. She has had to involve third parties to deal with the problems and have it independently inspected. The inspection turned up a mountain of problems which an independent garage has had to deal with as the lady which sold her the car was rude and would not deal with any problems under the warranty and kept dragging her feet so the warranty ran out and it could be swept under the carpet. I have bought lots of cars I’m my driving years and never come across anything as bad as this. Avoid at all costs.

I had my scuffed and scratched paintwork on my bmw completely revived by the lovely people at archway cars. It also came back spotlessly clean! My car now looks shiney and new. Very pleased with the result and efficient friendly service, thank you

I bought my car in November from Archway Car in Leicester and the car was spotless in every way. I had a bit of an issue but called them up and they got it sorted that day. Love my little car. Would fully recommend to anyone buying a car to try these guys.

I believe that Archway cars knowingly sold me an accident damaged car and lied that it had never had damage. Mercedes dealer has void warranty due to repair. Paid 16500 pounds they are rude and actually stated they dont care.
