I purchased my BMW convertible From Arena cars a few years back now ! Tony was helpful and very professional, plus I called him last week asking if I could possibly trade in my car for a more updated one in the nxt few years ! Tony was more than helpful and once this pandemic is over , i will most definitely be using Arena cars again . My car has been amazing and I've never had any issues with it ! Thankyou Arena Cars x

1st class service, excellent aftercare and an amazing car!

Your partner purchased this Audi Q3 on 13/08/2019, you contacted us in September 2020 because you were trying to sell the car and you had not got the service history to hand. With all later model Audi’s, all the service history is online and not recorded in a book. As you wanted physical proof for your buyer, we purchased a service history book for you and obtained the digital service printout and receipt we emailed the copies and you picked up the service history book from our dealership. There have been 4 services at DD Services ltd and also our service that we do prior to your partners purchase. We have also got a duplicate copy of the service history record printout for this vehicle at our showroom. We do not buy or sell cars without service history we feel we have helped you and are disappointed by your 1 star review especially when so much time has passed.

Bought my Nissan GTR from Tony at Arena Cars and couldn't of been a nicer experience. Honest, easy to do business with a nothing was too much trouble. Cannot recommend enough.

Purchased a car from Arena from Tony and his sweet mum. They were so friendly and I felt like they had all the time in the world for me. I test drove 3 cars and decided on a little Vauxhall Mokka diesel. I did have a problem with the car. However it was a just a air con regas I called up and Tony booked me in to see one of their trained technicians. I turned up on time and they offered me tea and coffee while they fix my car. Within an hour it was all sorted. Its so reasuring to be delt with so politely, their aftercare service is impeccable. Thankyou so much! Will be back in for a new car in 3-4 years time :)
