I bought a Ford Kuga in August. I have had issues with the CD player and Radio since I got the car. It has been in for repair 4 times and has come back with issues every time. There have been numerous complications and the service is pretty bad. I wouldn't use this dealership again.

I bought a Ford Fusion from Arnold Clarke in Glasgow. After only one week the shock absorbers completely went on it so I took it to my local Arnold Clark Dealership who said they would sort it and contact the Glasgow branch for payment but they refused to pay out stating it was wear and tear. Eventually they managed to get the funds and did the repair. A few days later the engine was leaking fuel so I had to take it back to them again and after a couple of attempts its bee sorted. The after care from the Huddersfield branch has been great but i would not recommend the glasgow branch.

Very keen to make the sale but after that they don't seem to care. They agreed to do various thing which they simply did not follow through and after we paid for the car we had to wait for almost 2 weeks before we could take it away. The car also had a scratch on the front that had been covered with polish. They did agree to take it back and sort it but scuffed one of the alloys whilst doing that so they had to take it in again which was a huge inconvenience. They also didn't mention anything about GAP insurance until we had left with the car which I feel they should have disused with us before hand. Very poor experience to be honest and I would not recommend.

It's not just about getting the sale at this Arnold Clark branch in Glasgow! My car is still under warranty, thanks to Charlene and the team at servicing and repair for their high standards, efficiency and attention to detail, always made to feel like a valued customer THANK YOU!
I've had a bad experience with Arnold Clark before and was a little apprehensive going back to one of their dealerships but I found the car I wanted and they happened to have it. I'm pleased to say things went much better this time and Gordon was a lovely man, even when I had to take the car back with a fault they fixed it with no hassle at all. One thing I would say is the dealerships facilities could use a refurb, it's looking a little run down! The service really was excellent though.
