Perfect until the moment your money is in their pockets. Had a engine management light they said they would need to do a first line of repair and if that didn’t work do another fix. First line of repair done and engine management light back on. Took it back again they’ve had it 2 days no change or update. Apparently they can not find out what is wrong even though before hand they told me what the 2nd repair would be had it not been solved the first time. Nobody holds any liability for things not getting done there and they just throw any excuse as to why they have not completed their job that they have been paid to do. Beyond poor service I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Left a deposit on a car was meant to get a call on Monday rang day after trying to deliver the car without answering my questions as very flaky on cars history. Very unreliable great till you buy from them. Going to cancel the car purchase and spend my money elsewhere lucky escape

Called in today to look at cars found the one we liked sales assistant Jordan helped us out with all the information even brought it indoors for us to have s proper look at . We decided it was right for use completed the paperwork and piped to get s bite to eat while they valeted the car collected it the same day so happy with the service fast and efficient first class service

Had our car booked in today at Arnold Clark Huddersfield Motorstore, for ad blue top up, bought the car in Feb of this year, only done 6k to date, Peugeot say should only need topping up at 12,500 miles obviously not full when we bought it, charged us £20 for the pleasure, disgusting customer care after spending £22k on a Peugeot 3008, total rip-off, last car we’ll ever buy from this dealership on principle, Probably better looked after at Arthur Daley Motors.

Purchased a car from Arnold Clark Huddersfield Motorstore and was asked to pick up accessories on a given day and time. Went 3 x on 3 days as told nothing was ready. Absolutely disgusting treatment went again and there was already another argument going on with an unhappy customer. Once these people sell u ther cars they dont care about the rest. Was given a date for mot got there an hr early and sent home. The staff here dont like to take ownership for there actions and instead tell you that no appointment was made. Dont buy from here if you want a hassle free life.

So after leaving good reviews about Anrnold Clark Motorstore in Huddersfield previously about sales and service,4 weeks into owning my car the trouble starts,brakes are grinding and doors are full of water,after returning my car back for a health check I was in formed the water in the doors is just cosmetic and the breaks are brand new.
