Rusted wheel nuts and brakes discs not mentioned during sale. No explanation on this whatsoever. They only want the sale and money!!! Now I'm out of pocket more to to get these rectified by honest independent mechanics before they rot more leading to an M.O.T. FAILURE!!!

This was the second time we visited the Northwich Vauxhall showroom to purchase a car. We looked at the cars available on a Friday and by the following Tuesday we drove away in our chosen car. The support received in getting the paperwork completed, explanation of all the new features and reassurance of ongoing support, if needed, was fabulous. The car is great!

I called into the Northwich showroom early November with a view to part exchanging my car. After receiving a very competitive quote for my vehicle (which they honoured in the sale), I arranged for a Corsa to be brought down from Scotland. I made an appointment for 01/12/22 to view the car in the showroom, where I was met by Harlie Stokes. Harlie was very professional and clearly prepared to help me through the sale/exchange process. He made it an easy and smooth experience plus provided me with his direct contact details should I have any issues during the 60 days after sales warranty. So far, I am very happy with my new purchase and would not hesitate to recommend Arnold Clark, Northwich.

I bought a new Kia Sorent from Arnold Clarke Northwich and it had several faults on the radio / media system right from the first day I picked up the car. The car has now been back to the dealer 9 times in 3 months and the radio is still not working correctly. It's almost impossible to speak to a manager, It's makes you feel that they don't care about their customers after they have sold you the car and I certainly wouldn't buy another car from them based on the level of service aftercare I have had.
