absolutely could not fault Scott at Arnold Clark - he gave me the trust to buy a car during these difficult times - I am so pleased with the car the service they gave me was just great - would not hesitate to buy another car from them and especially Scott

Signed an original contract with a set price and was informed i would be told if there were any changes to the price. I was never contacted so, as anyone would, assumed there was no change to the price. Was rushed through signing the hand over papers, as the store was closing soon. I had several pieces of paper stuffed in front of me to sign and quickly left. Then to find out over a month later the price had changed and is now over my budget. Was informed over the phone the all the correct processes weren't followed on their behalf. Then over emails were saying i was fully in the wrong should of read the papers i was rushed into signing. Would not recommend anyone to buy a car from here. Just liars taking advantage of people financing their first car.

Arnold Clark in Northwich are liars and don’t even deserve to have customers. They don’t care about you and just continue to lie even the managers don’t have a clue what’s going on.

We have three Kia's in our family, great cars! Problems are when you have a warranty issue, every time I've had an issue with our car you have an argument with staff, 'that's not covered!', is the general response only to later have the repair carried out under warranty. The Kia Approved warranty given to us on our 18month old Cee'd extended the warrant by a couple of years, great you may think! Washer jets fell apart, it's a design fault, they are not supposed to do that. Argument again with Hayley, 'the cars out of warranty,' no it's not! 'Yes, it is', I rang Kia Approved, 'yes, it's still under warranty', said Michael. He said, 'that part is not excluded in the terms of your warranty get Arnold Clark to call us', would they? Not a chance! Again, not covered! Your warranty has expired, old car! Wear and tear! Excuses! So for the sake of the cost of about £25 they have lost a customer. You only know how good a company is when you have a problem. Arnold Clark in Northwich? Rubbish Service! You have been warned!
