I will not deal with this dealership again. The sales manager Steven Lelli is absolutely shocking. He told me to expect damage on nearly new cars and he never responds (even when broken down). He lies straight to your face and tries to dodge you as much as possible. Then we've got the workshop. What a joke they never update you and you can never reach them.

Unfortunately our experience with Steven has been very negative. He’s very pushy, and uses every tactic possible to get you to sign a deal on a car straight away, while threatening to put it back on sale if you don’t (this is with the deposit paid). Having not even viewed the car, I don’t feel comfortable purchasing from Oldbury anymore.
After two weeks our 18K from Arnold Clark Oldbury Motorstore car broke down completely and couldn’t move. I called the reception desk about the situation who were incredibly unhelpful. They had no idea who could help and put me through to parts team. I explained the situation and they said I need to book in service. I spoke to service who said I would need to speak to parts as it was the battery – instead I asked to be put back to the reception desk to speak to customer service. The lady said I would need to speak to customer service HQ as there was no customer service dept in Oldbury branch. After ringing the premium HQ number I was on hold for ten minutes, then I was told only the branch can help and they would put me back through – another 10 minutes (this is a premium line) I was finally told there was breakdown cover (why was I not told this an hour ago?). AA came and said it was the battery, they didn’t have a spare buy could jump start and get me back to Oldbury. I cleared it with a manager there. When we got to service, the blonde lady behind the desk was incredibly rude and condescending to me. She seemed in a bad mood and was angry that we have brought a car in without booking. She made it clear it would take a week at best, implying we should take it elsewhere. When I finally explained the situation she told the bloke behind desk to sort it and walked out without even looking at me. Really rude, really poor service. Obviously they hadn’t been told, but she made no attempt to find out the reason why. I have been incredibly disappointed with the lack of helpfulness at the Oldbury branch and by the reception desk. The treatment at the service desk was unacceptable, treating us like idiots who had just turned up. Both need better training on what happens with cars under warranty break down.

We chose our ideal car and then told retailer we would collect on Thursday, however the manager Steve rang my husband and said if you don't collect today (Monday) we will put it back on sale! The car was fine but the customer service from Arnold Clark Motorstore in Oldbury was really poor! Please watch out for how they sell cars.

I've read reviews for Oldbury Arnold Clark but fail to agree. I bought an Audi A7 and though therewas a major issue the management pulled out all the stops and i mean all the stops to sort my concerns. Arnold Clark offer a free puncture repair and oil top up. The later has saved me a small fortune. What's your complaints honestly unless. Your buying a new car what do you expect.... new cars are guaranteed and A.C. will honour their responsibilities if it's second hand they will still honour their responsibilities to a degree. I love my car and have just booked it in for a service and MOT without any issues.

I am disappointed, peeved, cheesed off and amazed at the Customer Service at Arnold Clark Oldbury Motorstore and how I as treated tonight by sale manager Mark. I was supposed to pick up my new car on Monday July 23rd. I was promised by Deepak that my car WOULD be ready for my collection on Monday, since I BOUGHT the car on Tuesday night. It was coming in from Leeds. Or so we thought. No one bothered to find where the actually was until yesterday. 4pm, I get a call from Deepak, so sorry, but the car won't be in Oldbury on Monday, and NO explanation. Here is the problem. My husband, even though Deepak and my self warned him NOT to,...he cancelled the insurance on my green Fiat for midnight July 23rd. Ok this is where we accept responsibility. However, Mark decided to thrwh that blame back on me and would not accept any blame for his sales rep to actually contact Fiat to find out oh my god my car IS NOT IN LEEDS but sitting on some DOCK and it might take 10 days. As I said I accept responsibility for my mistake with the insurance, but NOT ONCE DID THIS MAN accept ANY responsibility on his end. He blamed ME and FIAT. he never said he was SORRY and just gave excuse after excuse and even said Deepak called me at 3:34 on Friday. Why didn't he ring earlier? NO CLUE. (he actually, called at 3:58 but who is being picky).I I have NEVER been treated like I was tonight EVER by a sales man. He said 3 times if you want to cancel the deal, we can, I don't blame you. I said no I want to be compensated for your screwed up. The tone he too was like I was poop on his shoe and said YOU WILL NOT GET ANY COMPENSATION. Would you like to cancel the deal. He asked 3 times, and I had at this point no intention of cancelling. I wanted £120 I had to pay to cancelled my car insurance then put 10 days worth of temporary insurance on it. It was quite apparent he didn't want to sell me the car. He never apologised, Blamed Fiat (wait isn't his dealer a Fiat dealership!?) blamed me....I will never return to Arnold Clark, Ever.
