Iv shopped around at other Car garages before I have never came across such good customer skills like this I’m one of the most fussiest people going and I was not pressured at all Anthony stood by me each step of the way when I was feeling overwhelmed with choosing a car to meet my own needs as well as my two children Anthony was very patient with me Anthony even made sure more than once I was happy with my choice and decision Anthony was always helpful and kept me up to date With the whole Transportation of my new vehicle Anthony even kept in touch after we collected our car to make sure everything was okay and to see if we had Any enquiries at all I’m really please I shopped here also Ryan was very friendly and became my new tiktok buddy hehe so it’s not just one member of the team that made my experience all good if you get more than one staff member that is amazing then you know all the rest of the team are too also the reception desk staff were friendly and helpful towards me when ever I felt I wanted to ring Anthony with questions Thank you all so much One happy customer xxx

As a motability customer for a few years now i must say that Anthony Pizzey offers the best customer service i have ever received, he kept in contact with myself through out the process with regular text messages to let me know what was happening and his dilatation about sanitizing and covid secure message where second to none and i did not feel worried being at the garage. I bought using them 2 commercial vehicles and today I tried over 7 hours to talk to a service representative from Shiremoor branch Newcastle upon Tyne. They shut the phone on my face twice. Been told several times "we phone you back ". 7 hours later nothing happen. I will not recommend them the whole experience extremely frustrating!

I too have received disgusting customer service. Sales Managers are a complete joke. Buy from another garage and avoid Arnold Clarke at all costs
We had been looking all over for a suitable mobility car that would fit our needs and carry a wheelchair. Anthony Pizzey was so helpful showing us different models and listening to what we needed and found us the best ever car. He could not do enough for us and was us so helpful, we want to thank he so much for spending to time to find us the perfect car.
I bought a used BMW from Arnold Clark Shiremoor , customer service from Scott was 10 out of 10 , car took a little while to turn around as i viewed it before prep but at the end of the day it was worth it , would deal with this branch anytime 1st class service .
