I have recently had my 4th car from ASK Motors, these guys provide and unbelievable stress free service and always go above and beyond. Each car I’ve had I’ve specified the exact model, mileage and extras I want and these guys have gone and sourced the exact car I asked for and more! The prices are great and very reasonable as the quality of their cars are unbelievable. I have recommended friends to them and they have given them the exact same service. After much deliberation and scouring the internet fo my chosen car, I came across Ask Motors of Walsall. I can honestly say I have never received such customer satisfaction as what was provided by this garage. A friendly salesman who goes out of his where nothing is to much trouble. From walking onto the forecourt to driving away in my new car, the whole experience was extremely positive.All the documentation was taken care off, removing private plates etc. I have to say it’s been one of the easiest most trouble free purchases I’ve ever made. I was looking for a 4 series and seen couple of them on the Ask Motors forecourt. Good sight ok customer service and most important couple of grand expensive then other. can't believe how they sell these cars. Just do your home work before go to look for a car.

Brought a car from ask motors, travelled all the way from London, and was well worth the drive. I actually came back and brought one for my wife. We brought a audi a6 and a mercedes gle coupe. Not pushy at all, very easy to deal with finance rate was unbelievably low. Recommended a lot my friends too.

My son bought a car from this dealer the car was top book price but was the car he wanted after less than a month it needed a battery the dealer said it wasn't covered on the warranty which I accept but the way I see it would have been good customer service to have replaced it free of charge the charged us cost price for it which we had no choose to except which put a bitter taste in my mouth they are very good at selling you a car once you drive it away its a different case a shame really would I buy another car from them NO if they had treated us different then they would have had two more sales as both my self and my other son have since bought cars from another dealer so take note
