Great service at Assured Car Sales, good after care. They couldn't do enough for me hence the 5 stars. Car is fabulous and have had no issues.

I travelled 4 hours each way after arranging to see a car that they’d advertised only to be met by a young salesman who, when I arrived and mentioned the car, put on a sickly, false smile and said “I’m very sorry, we sold that one 5 minutes ago”. Do they honestly think that customers are so naive as to believe that old line? I didn’t give him the chance to follow up with the inevitable “...but we have others that might interest you”. Take heed of the other reviews on here, Assured Car Sales are timewasters.

I bought a Ford Fiesta off Assured Car Sales 2 years ago being a trusting fool I took them at there word that they would put a new m.o.t on the car I reported a noise on the back nearside if the car they said they would fix it. I picked the car up and drove it home on inspection the to front tyres only had 1.6 tread depth I rang them up to be told F-----f it passed the m. o. t the bare minimum to pass is 1.6. The noise at the rear return and was diagnosed as a broken rear spring. Never Never buy from these Sharks you will regret it. Brian

Had the unfortunate experience of recently buying a car from Assured CAr Sales. Nothing but problems since. These guys are rude, aggressive and patronising when you speak to them about concerns. My full review is to follow.... In the meantime do yourself a favour and go elsewhere!!!

Like.many reviews on here we have had problems with Assured Car Sales....... we bought our zafira in October and have had 4 problems .. first was getting it in gears.... the garage and dealer were good at this point and sorted it .. then a few months later we were driving with our two children when we could not get the car in or out of gear..... took.it to the local mechanic who found the linkage had a garden cable securing it. Then we had a diesel leak .... when the mechanic showed us underneath the pipe was perished and in our mechanics own words a bodged up job. The pipe crumbled in his hand which he said is years worth of damage.... Now our gears have gone again..... and clutch fluid has been leaking and our gearbox needs a new one..... We was told to us ethe warranty well it's worth nothing..... covers bugger all.... over 1000 we have spent on the car and now j dont want to use it as I feel.its unreliable and unsafe but we are stuck with the finance....... Never again would I buy from them......you put your trust in a dealer ..... either the dealer needs to uo their game or use another garage that doesn't bodge up.work !

He actually lied to my face about the condition, so many issues, they knowingly sold me a scrapped vehicle. DO NOT USE ASSURED CAR SALES.

I wish this had an option to give Assured Car Sales a minus star but sadly it doesn’t. If I can give anyone one piece of advice today is please do not buy a car from this garage. Absolute cowboys!!!!! I purchased a Peugeot 207 convertible back in June of this year and literally from the minute I drove it off the forecourt back to Worcester where I live it flagged up some serious problems. I called and was greeted with a cold response but told it would be ok as it was in the 3 month warranty I could take it back to be fixed and given a courtesy car. I took a day off and drove it the 67 miles back to Swindon…. A few days later I got a call to say it had all been fixed, the engine leak, TPS system, central locking etc. I was so relieved  I picked it up happy as could be… Only to find on my drive back the TPS light came back on lol. When I got home I took it to a local garage and low and behold not a single thing had been done to the car LOL. And not only that the convertible roof was now making the most awful noise, not connecting and leaking. So once again I called and after a few unpleasant words they agreed to collect the car and get it rectified again…. So back it went and I waited to the call. 1 week later I get the call, “It’s all fixed” we will be dropping it back to you on XWZ day….. Car arrived on time, lad who dropped it off (which can I just add was lovely) drove off and that was done!!! Until I left work to drive home and surprise surprise, roof was still rattling horrendously and the smell of oil was awful…. I called Assured Car Sales AGAIN and was met with the disgusting attitude of Jake, and told I would need the Manager (who is never in when there’s a problem by the way) I decided there and then I wanted to do an unwind… Which I was entitled to do….. Of course I needed an independent evaluation on the car, which I got done, only to be told AGAIN not a thing had been done to the car on both trips back and that my head gasket was about to go and the roof was faulty… Yet funnily enough according to assured cars all these problems and been rectified TWICE!!!! Anyhow cut a long storey short the car was eventually sent back, I got my money back after a week or so of hassle (from their end) the car was not fit for sale!!! So please if you are considering buying a car from Assured Car Sales DO NOT!!!! They are cowboys and as for the garage they use to rectify any issues with the cars they sell well I am not sure they are qualified! Rude staff, rubbish cars, and awful after care!!!! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!!
