We needed a family car quickly and after reviewing the stock at Auto Elite chose a budget car that fitted our requirements. The service was great and finance sorted very quickly. The car has proved to be an absolute find. We shall be returning, in time, to update.

I bought a second hand 1 Series BMW from Auto Elite and after 6 weeks we noticed a different sound from the engine. We understood the problem to be a timing chain issue and a minor hand break issue. We called Auto Elite and they said just bring the car in. Replacing the timing chain is a large job and requires the engine to be removed. Not a problem Auto Elite removed the engine and replaced the timing chain, they also noticed that the clutch was very close to being worn out. They just replaced it. Only when we went back to collect the car they informed us what had been done. Buying second hand cars can be a minefield, so knowing that if you have a problem that the people you bought from will sort the issue out is worth a great deal. Thank you very much Auto Elite...

I am VERY impressed with Auto Elite in Bristol. They've been around for years and that says lots! I was so impressed that after buying a car I bought a second the next day. I was looked after and worry free. Reassurance driving a vehicle is a must, and the team at Auto Elite are a dream come true. My son bought his first car from Auto Elite. The car was ready for us to collect but as we drove off there was a small issue, it had been MOT ed the day before. They couldnt have been more apologetic or accomodating. We had driven down from Gloucester and taken the morning off work to collect so they offered to deliver the car to us the next day after it was sorted, which they did. Very helpful, friendly and trustworthy team. Highly recomend!

Do not use Auto Elite. Faulty car, broken down twice in just over 3 months,, missing parts which were ordered incorrectly FIVE times by them, in the end we had to order and collect the part for them. In the end the car had to be towed back to them I have requested a full refund, they are ignoring my calls, my emails and my recorded letters. Having sort legal advice they are breaking the law and I am taking the necessary action. Their customer service is non-existent, they are incompetent and an absolute joke, although I do not find this situation funny just very stressful.

Recently bought a car from this dealership that I am very happy with. Both Jeff and James were very helpful and friendly and answered any questions I had. The car came with a good warranty which was honoured when a slight problem did occur. The problem was fixed and during the time the car was being worked on they provided me with a courtesy car. They were professional at all times and kept me updated with any progress.

Bad customer service very bad attitude towards clients etc the list is very long. Today 22,10,2017 I had to pick up a car , its been there left for a week to "be done a 12 full months MOT , service to clean the car etc " I WENT THERE TODAY and the car looked scruffy , dirty inside and smelly , tyres very soft .. MOT i'm sure hasn't been done properly or maybe over the phone .. No service as changing oil etc . They were aggressive shouting towards me and my friend because we confronted them saying this is not what we agreed to etc. STAY AWAY THEY DON'T CARE VERY VERY RUDE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was recommended to Auto Elite as being extremely high quality and professional via my finance company due to the fact that I was unable to travel to view the car prior to purchase (I live on an island). After a long stressful journey (75 miles by ferry and train with a hyperactive child) to collect my car I was taken into the office and whisked through the paperwork extremely quickly and given my keys. Upon taking possession of the vehicle I discover that it has a head restraint missing in the rear, the parcel shelf is missing and there is a significant rip in the drivers seat.. the company are prepared to do NOTHING! The vehicle was advertised as having service history and HAS NONE! I have tried several times to contact the company and resolve these issues but they fail to respond. Very very bad service. Misleading advertising. Poor quality vehicle which in it's first week of being mine needed 4 new tyres, two of which were 'replaced' for the MOT with extremely badly cracked part worn tyres and the two rear tyres being badly worn (no visible tread) on the inside edges.
