Took just 3 working days from being accepted to having our new car delivered. Agent was even looking for what we wanted over the bank holiday. Excellent service.

These guys are amazing they jumped through hoops for me they are a fantastic bunch of lads the service was fantastic.

1 star is far too much for Auto Pavillion. We will be reporting these guys and potentially taking legal action against them. The stress they have caused us is unreal - we have been spoken to appallingly by various members of this "team", one in particular. A car was delivered to us for a test drive despite trying to say we were no longer interested, the car was returned and we were told the agreement would be unwound. Over a week later and we are still waiting for confirmation of this, whilst continuing to receive letters from the finance company stating a direct debit has been set up and will be going ahead. Several calls to Auto pavillion and the finance company and I am now running out of time to get this agreement cancelled which I'm certain is Auto pavillion's plan. I have been laughed at, put down and told "I don't need to explain myself to you". Never in my life have I experienced such horrific, vile customer service. I'm not sure it can even be called that. Having read other reviews, I'm surprised these guys are even still allowed to sell cars. Please avoid at all costs to save yourself months of stress.

Filling in the form online and after few minutes they call me to go through everything .Phil was so helpful : great service n the car was delivered right to my house within 24 hours. Fantastic service

I have been dealing with Phil and he was great kept me up to date with everything. Listened to what cars I was interested in and send lots of pics and if there wasn't a car I liked he went out of his way to find the best possible match. Car delivery was fast got it with in 24 hours I had a look around inside and out it was very clean an tidy setive was carried out and 2 rear shock absorber needed replacing which they did before it got to me. I noticed the rear bumper was touched up pretty badly but when I rang them and told them they said if I was to get a quote to get it resprayed they would pay for it. I got a quote for 500 pounds as there was a few other bits needed doing. Gave the quote and it was paid no questions and fast n on time. I would highly recommend them!!
