Have used this dealership over the past few years both for myself and my daughter. Both of us have bought two cars each over that period and also had all the servicing carried out and would highly recommend them. Craig and the team have handled everything professionally but also with an reassuring personal touch which is hard to find in car sales and servicing! Would confidently recommend them to anyone and I personally wouldn't think of doing business anywhere else!

This garage had been my go to place for years until I recently found they'd not even done basic work, which should've been carried out in a routine service. I can't emphasise enough for people to check their cars, I took these people at face value and it almost cost me a blown engine. Not to mention how many other corners they'd cut. Please be careful everyone.

AUTO Q from Auto Q in response to Bad servicing with basics left out.
Hi Andrew, I'm extremely disappointed that you chose to leave a review like this after years of service from us. We have been in discussions over email and phone calls where we have repeatedly asked you to bring your car in so we can look at the points you have raised. Your car was serviced in May 2019 and the issues below reported in June 2020- 1. the bonnet catch not being greased at the service and the coolant level being low and not the same shade of blue as new coolant. You also mentioned the battery replaced in 2018 is now running down whilst leaving the radio on. We have offered on numerous occasions to look at these concerns Free Of Charge however you seem more concerned about being angry and engaging in personal abuse of our staff using obscenities. You had asked to come to speak to us in person like civil adults but unfortunately you have not visited yet and whilst we still welcome the visit to discuss the matter, however we take abuse of our staff very seriously and will not tolerate the verbal abuse so therefore would no longer like to do business in the future for the safety and well being of our own staff. We take the line in your email "I'm going to personally make sure I trash Auto Q all over the internet in review sites" very seriously and will forward any reviews to our legal team to consider.
Had a great service at Auto Q and everything was as expected to be honest. Will more than likely be back to Auto Q in the future.
