I would never purchase another vehicle from this garage in future. They failed to carry out a pre sales service as stated, which cost me the price of a full service myself. They failed to replace a bald tyre, more cost for me. They lied about the oil being changed, advised me to claim on the 3 month warranty when my airbag light came on the dash after 1 week, when the warranty clearly states it does not cover this. They offer no after sales service once they have your money. You'd be better off using a decent garage with a good reputation than this back street set up.

We are sorry to read your negative review. However, we do not feel this review is correct. The car did have a pre sales service carried out. You informed us of an air bag light being activated. We booked this in for a repair 8/01/24 and also a courtesy car to be provided. You did not turn up and we did not hear back from yourself.
Bought a Mini Hatch from Auto Sussex without visiting the company. Sent them pictures of my trade in and they gave a fair price and then delivered the car to my house, Very pleased with the car.

Auto Sussex is a lovely garage with lovely genuine people, car is perfect and they even followed up / kept in contact to ensure I was happy which the car which to me makes them better than any other dealer I’ve ever dealt with, 5 stars well deserved !
PLEASE AVOID AUTO SUSSEX........ONE IN PARTICULAR NAMED CHARLES IN SALES. HE IS ARROGANT.....RUDE.....AND COMES WITH A COULD NOT CARE LESS BAD ATTITUDE. OTHERS WHO WORK THERE MAY HAVE BEEN GIVEN 5 STARS FOR THERE SERVICE....AVOID AUTO SUSSEX AT ALL COSTS.

All I can say is 'a breathe of fresh air' to actually deal with a trustworthy and genuine car company. Ben and Stuart were very welcoming, friendly and I appreciated the no pressure attitude. I bought a fantastic mini at a great price, I am writing this review 1 year on as I wanted to say a big thank you and how happy I have been with the service, I would recommend auto sussex to all my friends and family, A1!
