Recently purchased a Peugeot 3008 car was as described and service was excellent would recommend Auto Xchange.

Very poor customer service at Auto Xchange once you have taken your car away. I brought a mini Cooper from these and all I have had is problems I have broken down twice on the motorway. Guess what my fault. If you have any sense so not buy a car from here .it will break down and you won't get any help or support. I'm gobsmacked how they can pla6 that on hold message about amazing customer service. No No no . Once they have your money they don't care!

Bought a car from this dealer. They subsequently had it for 2 weeks to correct 2 minor faults but did nothing at all! They never respond or even acknowledge emails. 2 months later, still getting no cooperation what so ever, when asking them to sort out even 1 of the problems which would only take half an hour. They don't have mechanics working at the weekend, and every week day you try and arrange to visit they are fully booked. Disgusting after sales customer service. Real bad attitudes, and just give lip service and fob you off. STRONGLY ADVISE YOU TO AVOID THIS PLACE! Photo's on this site are nothing like the truth..

Bought a car from Auto Xchange, on the same day driving back engine light came up.. Was instructed to come in the following week to get a part fixed for 9am, part was not fixed in till 12pm, so I was sat in their cold office for 3hours, and all I was being told was the mechanic is on his way. Absolutely poor service and even poorer time keeping. No care for customers at all. And no apology for having to wait 3 hours for a 15min job. Would definitely not recommend this forecourt to anyone else 0/5*

I bought a 4x4 Auto Xchange and I experienced clutch problems. They took the vehicle back for inspection and claimed there was nothing wrong with it. They got a young lad to test drive it who admitted he hadn't a clue about cars but he also noticed a clutch problem. They took it in for an inspection claimed they had drained the clutch fluid and put fresh in but the fluid was black. Then I let a so called 19 years of experience with cars test drive it again and still even after the 4x4 over revved when going into 3rd and 4th gear and wouldn't load into 4th on a hill still claimed the vehicle was ok. They are very good are avoiding the truth.
