We saw the car we wanted and although it was 160 miles from home we were reassured that we were dealing with genuine and professional people through calls and emails about the car. We had to come in on a Sunday to pick it up and James drove in (an hour away) especially to do the hand over. Really happy with the car, all as described and we are really happy.

I was only really looking at the but saw a car that really stood out. The guy gave us the keys and left us alone to look at, sit in and get used to the car. I then asked about PCP deals and the deal Martin quoted was almost £100 a month better than I’d been quoted with a full warranty included. Martin gave me advice on terminating my own car deal and the pitfalls which helped me out loads. We picked my new car up and it’s been exactly as you’d hope from the first day you see the car. Perfect car with perfect service from Autobay Direct end to end.

Identified the Mini Cooper through Car Gurus who as assessed the asking price as being fair deal. Autobay Directs description was spot on with no hidden question marks, in fact on inspection I was even more impressed with the quality and presentation. The one previous owner who bought from new had pushed the boat out with many additional optional extras including sat nav - # very smug! the collection was set up by two telephone calls as I was travelling in from North Wales. Got a fair price on the part ex, deal done, paperwork done drove off in less than an hour! Superb drive home through different driving conditions, very very pleased. Very professional service and set up, the quality of the other stock on show was impressive too, The forecourt was undergoing enhancement so these guys are not resting on their laurels and investing in the business, always a good sign. Would have NO hesitation in recommending to others. Check these guys out if you are looking to change your car.
