Recently contacted Autobay Direct by email, interested in a car they had for sale. The salesman called me next day he was very pushy, old fashioned hard selling techniques being used. I blocked the calls in the end. Not the kind of experience I wish to engage into when buying a car. It must be something I want and not what I am being brainwashed in buying.

Saw a TT for sale via autotrader on a Sunday, emailed Autobay Sunday evening and had a phone call Monday morning, put a deposit down over the phone and arranged to go and see the car on the Saturday. I saw a Porsche Panamera that had just came up on Auto Trader for what I considered an excellent prise so I called and got a sales rep called Carl who told me all about the car as I could not go to see it as I live 300 miles away. I was a bit concerned buying over the phone for a car that I had not seen and only a sales reps word that it was all good but I went ahead and bought it and traveled up on the train from Hastings when I got there the teem were great as for the car well that was perfect and what a test drive 300 miles back home I am a well happy Bunny, thanks Autobay Direct, Brian.

I bought a Mini Countryman just before Christmas as a surprise for my wife and gave a deposit without even seeing the car first as I didn't want to lose out on it given the timing and of course the specification of the Mini. I will be honest I was a little anxious about the condition prior to collection as having not seen it before. I got there half an hour earlier than we agreed and the car was ready to go and gleaming. I felt at ease about it all, signed my finance documents and had a down to earth conversation with the sales team there. Needless to say my wife was delighted as I was. I just purchased my new car from Autobay, had it just over a week now & thought that I should put a few thoughts about the experience that I had. I bought the car over the telephone without seeing the car, it was described as 1 owner and immaculate they promised me that the car would be serviced & a 12 months mot on collection. Upon collection I have to say that the car was absolutely as described and everything that they promised was done, great car lovely staff would definitely recommend & buy again thanks again well worth the travel.
