I've got no issues with how my visit went to Autocars. All the staff have been very friendly and approachable while I was enquiring about the Peugeot that I saw online. The car was as adversities when I arrived so it wasn't a wasted trip. The car has been great since.

Happy with how everything is going so far with my Ford. There is a tyre pressure light that comes on but it's nothing of any concern because I've checked the tyres and they are all in order, I just need to knock the light off. Rob was great to deal with throughout and he made sure my part exchange was fairly priced and went smoothly.

Everything was going well with my car until someone reversed into me, but I'm going through insurance and luckily the damage isn't too bad. On the whole though the car has been great and once I get the car repaired, it will be back to perfect. Big thanks to Rob on the day for all his help, he was spot on.

Been looking for the right vehicle for a while, and found these guys were selling the Ford I was looking for. Headed right down, and as a first-time customer, I really enjoyed my experience. The customer service has been great, they answered all the questions I had about the car, and they offered me a test drive, which helped me decide it was the car for me. The price was fair, so I was happy and cannot complain. Everything was just excellent.

Everything is perfect. Came across Autocars on Autotrader and found the Ford I wanted so I went to go check it out. They were so helpful and friendly, and just a kind team.

Currently getting something sorted with the Mercedes, but the dealership has been amazing and are getting it sorted for me. Their customer service so far has been brilliant, on the day of purchase, but also just with aftersales and telling them about an issue with the car, they have truly gone above and beyond.

Loving the new ford Kuga, it drives really well and mechanically is great. I’ve driven past a few times and decided to check them out. Was not expecting to come home having brought a car. They were literally excellent. So happy to help, and just went out of their way, did everything they needed to and more, which made me want to buy the car more.

I let the guys know there was an issue with the fan in the car, and they were happy to help and sort it out for me with no issue. So, in the process of taking that back to get it sorted. This is actually my fifth car I’ve brought from them, so it is evident I’ve had really good experiences with them. They have been great to me every time, and always make the experience better. I will be back for the next car hahaha.

Unfortunately, I had to give the car back to the dealer to get some things sorted out. But that has not changed my experience at all. The team down at autocars are amazing. Even when I told them about the problems with my car, they gave me a courtesy car to make sure I could still do what I needed to. They have gone out of their way to help and have been absolutely amazing. The car is great, but the customer service is another level.
