From the start to the end of the whole process I must say I felt very sale in these guys hands. The staff were so approachable and open, they just made me feel at home and really like I could trust them... which turns out. I can! My Ford Fiesta is just the best. The car was clean, well presented and just as I would of expected. if not, even better! I'm having a whale of a time in the now Fiesta Thanks lads.

For real, this ride has been rocking for the last couple of months—amazing stuff. I've been having a blast driving it, got the hang of it real quick. The team they have down there.... They're champs. Helpful, friendly, and so welcoming. These guys are just lovely, making the whole experience a breeze. Easy 5 stars from me. Going through everything was a cakewalk. It was my first car purchase, and they explained everything so well. Couldn't have asked for more!

The car is absoutley sound. I have hardly driven it over Christmas but it seems to be running extremely well. The experience at AutoCars LTD in Hull turned out very nicely which I am really happy about. The team did everything that they said they were going to do, they stuck to their work with everything. This has been all round a perfect car buying experience. Absolutely 5 stars, Autocars just could not of done anymore. So good all the way though.

The beautiful Volkswagen Golf I just bought was a nice little Christmas present from me to me. I normally drive a work van in the week so hopping in the Golf at weekends is luxury. I did used to have an older Ford Fiesta but the Golf honestly and truthfully is a huge upgrade to the Ford I had. Autocars, lead me through the sale, explaining everything clearly. My sales advisor was 10/10, really made it easy for me. I found out about Autocars from a close family friends who swears by this dealership. I will continue to recommend!

Well the Ford B Max. Gosh the car is just GREAT! I have done well over 1000 miles in it since I bought it. Its not put a foot out of line, its been solid, reliable and I am over the moon with it. Honestly, I can not thank Autocars enough for this amazing motor. Nothing short of a perfect sale!

So, the VW Golf I have recently purchased? Running like a charm! Seriously, since I got it, it's been perfect. Everything's just spot on. I'm loving the drive, it's a great car. About the folks who provided me the greatest customer service—can't fault 'em. Helpful, friendly, and oh-so-kind. Super approachable and easy going. Had a tiny issue, but they jumped right in and sorted it without a hitch. I definitely felt looked after. Easy 5/5 stars from me—they went above and beyond!

I am really glad that I went to Autocars and chose the Skoda Octavia. I think they are great little cars, I had one previously and I went for the same again, just because of how refreshing it is getting in a new version / model of the car you had. There's something about it not been too different, I like it alot! I am really pleased with how I was dealt with. I honestly loved the experience. I'm going to sit this team on a 4 at the moment, just because I am waiting to hear back from them, plus we all can't be perfect!

I am going to have to give 5 stars, especially for Rob. He is an asset to the dealership. He was knowledgeable, helpful and answered all of my questions clearly. I am so pleased with the high level of customer care I received. The VW Tiguan is a gem, I love it. It suits me perfectly and and I very much enjoy driving it.
