The customer service throughout the whole transaction was great, I am really pleased, it didn't slip once a true 5/5 service.

Super quick process, I cannot complain, from start to finish it was very simple and easy no hassle at all. Everything is going smoothly with the vehicle it was all prepared for me before I left with it. I would consider going back in the future if I was ever looking for another car.

All the staff are so friendly and helpful and nobody pushed up to buy anything, meaning we had time to look at different options and in the end went with the ford kuga rather than the sportage. Staff also offered to valet again until we are happy, but as it happens the car is fine now. But we appreciate the service and would definitely recommend and return to buy again. This is the second time we have purchased a car from here.

Anyone can sell a car, but not everyone can provide good customer service. I bought a car, which is not the reason for this review, the reason is I had an issue. It was only a battery problem but I did not know that at the time and the guys went the extra mile. Fixed the problem without any fuss, great service and definitely recommend highly. Thanks.

Pleased with my new A3 — it is a nice drive, and I have been enjoying it so far. I went to the dealership and was left to look around and take the car for a test drive on my own, which was nice.
