I'd give my experience with autocars a 5, as they were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and were very friendly towards myself

Staff were truly amazing and super helpful for every question or issue i had.

The Mitsubishi ASX is perfect. I have driven it a lot since buying it, and just like the car, the customer service was spot on. I would recommend them to others.

5 rating- all the people I dealt with were friendly and efficient Car is extremely good so far/ much admired by my pals- looking forward to enjoying it as a fun sports car when the sun shines! Thing was, I bought the car totally on trust- Bristol is a long way from Hull. I just had a few photos and a couple of chats with Gary to judge it by, but thankfully my trust was well founded. You certainly seem to be an excellent business.

My son and I have now bought a car from Autocars, and both times the experience has been great, as well as the cars. I can’t fault it from start to finish.

I travelled a good distance to the dealership, and when I arrived to inspect the vehicle, Gary was very accommodating. It is a very nice, friendly dealership. In regard to the Peugeot 5008, I have done a good amount of miles, and it has been all good with no problems at all.

Having recently purchased a Hyundai Tucson in July, we dealt with Gary, who was the salesman on the day. He took us through the process, was very helpful in answering all of our questions, and showed a brilliant level of customer service.

We purchased a Mini Electric from Autocars, and it is a lovely little car, loving it. We found them online, came in, viewed, and had a test drive. No looking back, absolutely brilliant. Definitely full marks.

We had a bad experience with a dealership before going to Autocars, where it was the complete opposite, fantastic. The Ford B-Max we bought has been brilliant, and they really looked after us.
