Having recently retired, I am no longer able to get company cars, I had to look for something a little bit smaller, more practical and more economical. I am very much used to larger cars and I thought for that reason it would take me a lot longer to get used to my new Toyota Aygo. It has actually been a really easy transition, I was pleasantly surprised with the features and comfort. I have riven ire cars on a similar size previously and this car has something about it which they just don't. The deciding factor in the purchase was how fuel efficient it is and also the zero road tax too. I feel I have defiantly made the right choice and I am really happy with the staff and how well I was treated.

I have never had a pick up before, I have always had cars and automatic's at that. This Mitsubishi L200 is the first pickup I have had an I needed it to pull our caravan, it served it's purpose for the first time last week and handled the job superbly. There is a little issue with the back window not locking, I made Chris aware of the issue and that it isn't a massive priority and we are going to get this resolved in the new year. Autocars are always a pleasure to deal with, the cars are always of a high standard and all the staff are always lovely to deal with.

I have always been Land Rover through and through, I fancied a bit of a change and the Mercedes GLC came highly recommended by some of my colleagues who have or have had these in the past. The car is excellent it feels so much more secure than my old Land rovers, there are certain things I do miss such as the heated steering wheel but only minor little things like this. There were a couple little issues in the early stages, the car battery died and needed to be replaced and the knocking sensor went which caused the engine light to come on, Autocars took the car back straight away and I think the longest I was without my car was a couple days so I was very pleased with how the issues were handled. I am very happy with the car and the service, you can buy a brand new car and still have issues, I feel it all comes down to how these are handled which in this case was fast and professionally.

I love my new A Class, I have had many cars like this in the past and Autocars are always my preferred dealer. I have been working with Carl and Kelly for many years and through buying cars have become good friends. It's always a really nice place to visit and really nice experience buying cars from them. They are honest, trustworthy and always good value for money on the cars, the little issues we have had over the years have always been met with a happy to help attitude which I feel can make or break and experience. I am very happy with my new Mercedes CLA, I have always had premium cars but this is the newest and highest spec I have ever had and it's levels above. I am really enjoying driving it, love all the techy bits, and it looks amazing too. The service has been second to none, even after the sale, I had an airbag light come on a couple days after the purchase and the Autocars team were very happy to get me back in and get this sorted out for me. I can't fault the car, the service, before during and after has been spot on and the lads were all very friendly too. Highly recommend Autocars if you are in need of a new motor.

Seen a bmw 3 series m sport tourer for sale at autocars I liked spoke to Chris about a trade in , got back with a quote I was happy with so decided to do the hour and half journey to Hull, spoke to Chris then went for a test drive was well impressed with car , the presentation immaculate alloys clean engine bay and drove really well , Chris had all paperwork ready , gave him my keys and drove back sunderland happy man , however a small fault appeared on dashboard week later with emissions spoke to Chris and had the part replaced on warranty , so no trouble there , recommend autocars and Chris to anyone , excellent, would definitely go back

This is the third car I have bought from Autocars and I am very happy with their service. Chris was really good at handling my purchase and made sure everything went smoothly. He was always on the end of the phone to give me an update and answer any questions I had. He was very polite, professional and helpful. All three cars which I have bought from him have been perfect. My recent purchase was a Vauxhall Astra and it is a great car and drives like clockwork. I will continue to use Autocars in the future and highly recommend them to others.

We bought a Volvo from Chris at Autocars and I am very happy with the service. He was very communicative and helpful throughout the process. We had a 3 hour drive to get to Hull so Chris had the car ready for us when I arrived with MOT and full service done so we was able to drive away in the car if we wanted to buy it that day. The only issue we had was that the number plate was not aligned properly but Chris quickly sent me a replacement one. I would recommend Chris to anyone looking for a reliable and friendly car dealer. He is really good at what he does.
