We couldn't have asked for anything better - it was a brilliant experience. The guy who sold us the car was very knowledgeable, excellent customer service, and the whole experience with the garage was great. My daughter likes the car a lot more than her old one!

So happy with my new car, mainly because it has aircon and my last one didn’t, haha! What a difference it makes, especially in this hot weather. I’ve used the car every day since I got it, and it’s running great with no issues at all. Chris was brilliant, very informative and helpful. I did have to wait a little bit for one of my keys because it was broken and they were fixing it for me. However, I can’t complain as they made sure it was sorted, and the overall experience was brilliant.

Relaxed process. I went in, viewed the car I wanted, paid for it, and left. I never had any issues from start to finish. It was an easy, straightforward, and positive experience. The car was valeted for me, and there was never any pressure or pushiness during the sale. I am pleased, and I cannot fault the dealership.

Went with my daughter to purchase a car. Rob was brilliant, really helpful and friendly. He made sure anything we needed was taken care of. A really cracking guy! My daughter couldn’t be happier with the car and is really enjoying it. I would definitely use these guys again.

Super quick process, I cannot complain, from start to finish it was very simple and easy no hassle at all. Everything is going smoothly with the vehicle it was all prepared for me before I left with it. I would consider going back in the future if I was ever looking for another car.

All the staff are so friendly and helpful and nobody pushed up to buy anything, meaning we had time to look at different options and in the end went with the ford kuga rather than the sportage. Staff also offered to valet again until we are happy, but as it happens the car is fine now. But we appreciate the service and would definitely recommend and return to buy again. This is the second time we have purchased a car from here.

Anyone can sell a car, but not everyone can provide good customer service. I bought a car, which is not the reason for this review, the reason is I had an issue. It was only a battery problem but I did not know that at the time and the guys went the extra mile. Fixed the problem without any fuss, great service and definitely recommend highly. Thanks.
