We bought a £3000 Mini Convertible which was exactly what we wanted as we run several other vehicles. The car was probably the best we had found after an extensive search. The service we received from GARY at the point of sale, CHRIS on handover and Jo with paperwork and coffee!! was as if we had just spent £30000!!! Friendly, helpful and thorough without any pressure and a pleasure to deal with. The car was prepared to a very high standard( far more so than a £16000 motor we bought elsewhere earlier this year) on collection with thorough handover and the car drove beautifully on our 40 mile journey home. Many thanks, a very pleasant experience. We would not hesitate to recommend to others and would definitely return ourselves.

Amazing customer service! This is the second car I have bought from them and will be back in the future! Professional and friendly staff answered all my questions, they went above what was expected of them which made for a really positive experience. Really great after sales service from the team too! I would recommend buying a car from Autocars.

We have just bought our second vehicle in 3 months from Karl at Autocars. This is an excellent family company with very friendly and knowledgeable staff.
No hard sell, efficient service and excellent after sales. Such a difference from the experience I have had numerous times before at large dealerships. This felt much different and far more personal.
We would highly recommend Autocars.

Well what do I say, I've had 13 cars at the age of 25 and Autocars is by far the best dealership I've ever bought from. Fantastic service from start to finish!
Karl is an expert in his field and and knows exactly what great customer service entails.
If you're looking for a new car, these guys won't steer you wrong! Honestly chuffed to bits with the new motor and Karl went above and beyond to ensure I left 110% satisfied. Not pushy in the slightest, great customer service and a genuinely nice guy! Flawless.
