The price was reasonable and the after sales service was good at Autochoice Bristol.

Spoke to Autochoice Bristol who assured me that the service they would offer would be fantastic after reading some of these reviews. Met the salesman, test drove it, agreed good price on my part exchange and haven't had any issues in the last few months. Promised I would help set the record straight, here it is..

Interested in buying a Freelander at Autochoice Bristol but their customer service was so terrible that I walked away. I was ready to buy it there and then but the salesman would not let me test drive it. How many people buy a car without driving it first? He went off to find out something for me and never came back. Instead he stood up by the indoor showroom sniggering with his colleagues. When we left, he made no effort to stop us at all. Not sure they wanted to sell cars. Won't be going back and suggest others don't venture there.

Do not buy anything from Autochoice Bristol. I bought the car after 2 days car broke. They take it in for repair 3 times in 2 and 1/2 months. The cars they are selling if they are like mine are unsuitable for purpose. Now the car sitting on a drive because it broke down for the 4th time. I try to reject the car and then head manager Jeff told me that he's been working for these people 18 years and they never took any car back from anyone. I gave them option that I would like to take another car from them and they can't decide after a week what they want to do. Yesterday on 26th of May I've been told from Jeff the manager that he's going to call me today. But what a surprise he's not even working today. I don't trust them. 6th of July car still sitting on driveway. I'm surprised that the head manager Jeff can sleep at night.
