Really great service provided whilst buying my Mercedes, I was originally looking at a totally different car, I spent a lot of time with the guys looking over finance options, but the car just wasn't for me. I initially bought a Range Rover Sport from Auto Lab. It was a fantastic car but on reflection, I decided it wasn't for me. There was nothing wrong with the car itself, I just preferred the Vogue. When I contacted Auto Lab to discuss my dilemma, they were very accommodating and helped me change it. I was really impressed with the way they handled things and im now very happy with the Vogue. Autolab didn't need to help me and get me in something more suited to me, but they did. Thanks lads, a genuine car dealership, hard to find!

I bought my car during lockdown when nobody could go anywhere or do anything, I wasn't able to view or test drive the car! That meant that I had to rely on the vehicle advert and honesty of Autolab when buying my Audi. Obviously I was nervous as it was such a big purchase and a completely new way of doing things, but I have to say I was pleasantly surprised.
