Extremely happy with my new Tesla! Having always driven a petrol car, I was really apprehensive about switching to an electric car. I initially called Auto Lab to make an enquiry and Bill spent almost an hour on the phone to me explaining the process and gave me the confidence to make the transition. I dont think I would have done it without him. The technology is amazing - its like driving an Apple iPhone - it has been a lot to get my head around but I am over the moon that I made the transition. They have been very kind have been happy to answer any queries ive had.

I bought an Audi R8 from Autolab, and although I've not really driven the car yet, I'm waiting for the good weather and somewhere to actually go in it. But I'm so happy with it, its a lovely car exactly what I wanted and expected. The Audi was kindly delivered to my door, on time as planned by 2 very polite and professional chaps, they ensured I was happy with everything before leaving. A truly excellent customer service provided. Helpful, friendly, professional, quick, polite and efficient are some of the words I would use to describe the service I received. Very pleased over all and I will highly recommend Autolab to anybody and 100% use this garage myself again in the future.

I'm only down the road from Autolab, but I had never used them before but whilst on the hunt for a new BMW M4 I came across Autolab selling one, it ticked every box and was local, which was handy in the current circumstances. I spoke to the dealer a few times over the phone and email and I always felt very valued and important, very helpful and professional team.
