I'm still getting used to the Tesla Model S - especially with it been electric, I've really enjoyed getting to know the car and how it drives etc. Its brilliant, a very nice drive too. The customer service was fantastic, they went the extra mile and looked after me very well. I was really happy with the process - and I'd definitely recommend the service and products, they were amazing!

It was nice to go and buy a car without pressure, or the dreaded feeling, it was chilled, no pressure, everybody was polite and friendly, just a nice experience, I purchased a Range Rover and its been perfect since buying - cant fault it.

The customer service at Autolab is second to none, I was blown away with the level of care and attention customer's receive. Everybody there was incredibly kind, helpful and very polite and professional. Its a lovely laid back environment and there is no pressure applied to customers. I bought a BMW 320D and its absolutely fabulous, the car is outstanding, its exactly what I wanted. I will be back over in the next few months for something for my wife, I will always use Autolab to buy my cars now - I know I will never receive this level of service anywhere else.

I was really looked after by Autolab - they did everything they could to ensure I was happy with the car, price, details etc, they explained everything thoroughly, answered all questions, just always on hand to help. The Range Rover is in perfect condition, its great! Fantastic dealership, I will be back for sure and I'll highly recommend to friends and family.

Amazing service, amazing car, I can't fault Autolab, they were brilliant from start to finish, Audi Q8 I bought is perfect, and Adam was fantastic at sale, I've even received an after sales call to check I'm happy with everything, they are a brilliant dealership and the after care is just as good as the care when your buying. Highly recommend.

I am really enjoying it my Land Rover Discovery, its a fantastic car and the service I received was brilliant, I cannot fault Autolab at all.

Apart from buying a beautiful Range Rover Sport that I am over the moon with, the biggest thing that stood out to me was the levels of care and service that Autolab provided to their customers. The dealership went above and beyond. A day after buying the car, baring in mind - I live in Kettering and the dealer is in Blackburn, around 2.5 hours away, I had an issue with the tracking system, I called the dealership and he sent a technician out to me to get this sorted, I was blown away with how quickly they sorted this, I am so thankful. The dealership has filled me with confidence that I'm in good hands, and I couldn't have asked for anything more from them. The Range Rover is absolutely perfect, I love it. I will 100% be back to Autolab when I'm looking to swap my car again, and I will highly recommend to anybody looking for A* Customer service and very well priced vehicles.

I recently upgraded my Range Rover, I went for the sport and the main reason for upgrading was just for something newer, less miles and better condition. The car is outstanding, really nice to drive, its just lovely. The car is in perfect condition, very much enjoying it. Adam provided fantastic customer service, a very smooth process and he made it clear he was always there to help with anything I needed - lovely dealership with great stock available. I will happily look her next time I'm looking at upgrading.
