I just wanted come on here to make sure the staff at Autolab know that the service didn't go unnoticed. Your customer service is absolutely top, you were kind to my family and made my children feel welcome, it was absolutely golden! Every single member off staff were willing to go the extra mile and that was enough for me! You have a forever customer now. The Defender on the other hand... wow wow wow, no words. Amazing car! I love driving it, its pure luxury! I get many compliments too and everyone tells me how nice it is! (like I don't already know 🙄😉)

Honestly, I must say I am very happy with the Range Rover Sport. So far so good! I am thoroughly enjoying driving it. Its perfect and makes driving enjoyable. Adam was dealing with me and he has been great from the start, on the first visit he even took me out to where all the cars were and let me have a good look around, it was like a day out! I would more than happily use again and I certainly recommend!

During my experience at Autolab when buying the Range Rover Sport I experienced the most perfect customer service, it was amazing. These guys really know how to do their job and are very good at it. Autolab made my process so easy, like a walk through the park. The staff around the dealership are certainly highly knowledgeable and are full of advice! I had Adam as our salesman and wow ... perfect. Did everything we asked of him, sorted everything out for us, even down to the paperwork. Unfortunately we don't have the car anymore as it was stolen 3 weeks after the purchase, we miss it dearly and unfortunately we have not been able to find a replacement :( this does not change how amazing the experience was! Thank you so much for everything, I will forever be singing Autolabs praises!

I was blown out the park by just the presentation of the vehicle. It looked great, so clean and tidy, the car was spotless! Since driving away with a huge smile on my face in the Defender! I have been very much enjoying driving the car, being higher up on the roads and having such as beast of a vehicle.. The customer care around the dealership was absolutely brilliant, unfaultable infact. Very helpful and more than happy to be on hand for any of their customers. A 5 star experience!

The Porsche 911 that we bought was a catch! I am most pleased with the the service I received down at Autolab! It was an all round great experience with great people. Autolab have the best staff that would bend over backwards for their customers just to provide a excellent service. We had been looking for a Land Rover Defender for some time, after a lengthy search for the car we wanted... we saw the Defender that AutoLabUK had for sale. We came to take a closer look and fell in love, she was sat looking pretty on the forecourt! We knew this was the car for us there and then and it was just what we needed! Since driving off the forecourt, it has been nothing but enjoyable, the way this vehicle works is amazing. It drives so smoothly and its such a comfy car to drive. Adam at Autolab is faultless he went above and beyond for me, during and after the purchase, His client care is impeccable. I was unfortunate to scratch one of my wheels the day after I bought it and was absolutely gutted, Adam having found out about this sent me the required resources to touch this up off his own back, what a thoughtful gesture! I had a great car buying experience with Autolab, the service is nothing short of first class. The purchase was handled efficiently and the car was delivered to my house (which was a first for me and incredibly convenient!) I usually buy directly from the main dealers so to have had an experience which was on par with those experiences in impressive to say the least!
