After searching online for what seemed like forever to find the perfect car ..BMW 640 top spec . Theses guys flashed up in a saved eBay search . I went to see the car , ( roughly 100 miles one way ) test drove it ...brilliant apart from a few things I would like doing as part of the deal ( new pads front and rear ) . They did this for me and even dropped the car off immaculately on my door step and drove away my part ex .
The good part about this review is that after a week I had a genuine fault with the car . The rear window would not close properly. Not knowing the dealership and being over 100 miles across the other side of the country, I thought here we go ....... But I was wrong they answered every phone call , ordered the new part from BMW and came out at a time that was suitable for me ( weekend) and installed the rear window motor at my home .
Having dealt with used car garages before , this was a refreshing change.
This is a genuine review hope it helps someone.

Even though I live 250 miles away all I can say is these guys are amazing.The experience of buying from Autolab was far better than from my local Range rover specialist.I would have no hesitation in using them the next time I change my car. They go that extra mile and the car is awesome. Great customer service, They work for you, nothing but praise for these guys, all so helpful.

The experience of purchasing a car most of the time can be uneasy and unpleasant, Autolab was an exception to that rule. Superb facilities and staff were all friendly which was reassuring, Adam the person I dealt with made whole process relaxed and unrushed.
