Honestly I cannot fault the experience with Automatic Motors and the staff there, they all looked after me so well. What really impressed me is I didn't even make an appointment when I went to go and see them and they had lots of other customers and still made time to give us a faultless service, Matt was helping us from the start and he is perfect to work with, so caring and reassuring. I had a couple of issues with the car in the 1st week but as soon as I made them aware they got this all sorted and even put in a new battery without hesitation. I have already recommended them and myself and my husband have both said we will be back to buy from them again!

Firstly the car is now working fine and its very nice. What brought ouR experience down a little was the wait time to get the car, within this time I felt I had to to allot of the chasing to get updates, so communication could be worked on in house, but that said the staff were nice and answered all our questions whilst in the sales process. We know the dealer had our best interest in mind and the car has caused us no issues.

When I first bought my Mini from these, there was an issue that became apparent after about 20 miles, but as soon as I let them know they came and collected the car, had it for about a week and within that time kept in touch with updated. I have had the car back for a little while now and all is working as it should not, just a slight bit of cosmetic damage which is I think from a power wash - I have brought this to there attention and just awaiting a response, but they were decent throughout especially with the aftercare. Its a solid 4 stars, its got to be pretty phenomenal to get a 5 stars I think.

Everything is ok with my Jaguar, it is a lovely car! I found the customer service very good here, they were truthful and informative when discussing the vehicle, they couldn't of done more for me. No-one is perfect so its 4 stars from me but would recommend them.

Not everything was perfect, but they are only humans and I'm happy with how things were handled. I drove quite a distance to buy the car from these guys and unfortunately on collection the car wasn't ready for me, so there was a bit of waiting around but they gave us coffees and me and my dad had a game of pool there whilst waiting, whilst giving us updates and not over promising things would be done quicker than they could get things done right for me. Matt the main salesman I dealt with was really helpful and I was pleased with his service towards me. I have had the car for a little while now and there has been a couple of issues post sale, which one has been sorted already but the other we are waiting on a independent garage to give a quote, but I cannot fault Automatic in how they have dealt with the issues, they are quite forward in wanting to get everything sorted for me.

Definitely 5. Was impressed with the professionalism I received and could not be more delighted with the vehicle I purchased. It was immaculate inside and out, drives well and is proving to be a fun, reliable vehicle. I really appreciated having the vehicle delivered to me which was an enormous help. Have a great day!

The car and the customer service were both okay.

Matt was amazing, from showing me around the car right up until completing the purchase. The Kia Ceed has been really good, I haven’t had any issues and have been enjoying driving it.
