To start with, the car is running well mechanically, touch wood. Overall, the process was smooth, although there were a couple of things I was not expecting. There was a scratch down the side of the car which was not mentioned, and there was no second key . They did give a discount on the price, but it was not equivalent to the cost of a new key. I would give it three and a half stars out of five.

I am still in contact with him as he is helping me resolve a small issue I had with the car. I have only driven the car twice as I have been away, but when I have driven it, I have enjoyed the experience. Based on this, I would give it a five-star rating.
