AML exceeded my expectations in both the quality and range of services provided. I regret sticking with the main dealers and not coming to AML earlier. Thanks to AML and their thorough, knowledgeable and customer-focused approach, I have now started a job that I should have done in the three and a half years I have owned the car. I will happily return to AML in six months to continue this process.

I took my car into town for an MOT. It's elderly like me. It failed and was fixed the same day, the main guy was late to finish personally because he was new to a disabled car. Outstanding customer service before, during and after purchase. There aren't many honest used car dealers left but Automatic Motors is 100% of them.

As always in the service department she is great!!! He is thorough, friendly and timely with repairs. Highly recommended!!! Even though I prefer not to be there, it's always a pleasure to see her smiling face and great attitude when I have to walk in.

You know that a aftermarket second hand car may have a few blemishes and things wrong with the car?? Automatic will pass on cars with major faults not fixed to buyers without their knowledge. Once sold, that's it basically you are left with a faulty car they can't fix. You might aswell throw your money down the toilet than get a car from here.

All their interesting is getting paid, no much information about a car during the visit till they got paid is when I found out car had 1 key, service light on and other things that was sorted. When contact dealer was courted £400 for the service. Wish I had refuse the car.
