Bought a car from here and had nothing but trouble. They offer to repair the faults and didnt even fix the problem. Salesman will ignore your calls! Caused a lot of stress worry and upset. I would never recommend at all
DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM AUTOMOTION MOTOR COMPANY, UTTERLY DISGUSTING SERVICE AND TERRIBLE SALESMEN, ALSO WOULD NOT LET ME TEST DRIVE AS I DIDN'T SUPPLY MY OWN FUEL, LIFTED THE BONNET UP TO FIND LAWNMOWER BLADES HOLDING MY ENGINE IN.
Would highly recommend Automotion, bought a Vauxhall Combo Van for a really great price. No problems and customer service was excellent, I also received a free warranty with my purchase happy customer :)
I bought a Vauxhall Astra 1.7 and payed £3000 he told me only need replacing the ECU which cost me maximum £700. I found out he already been with the car at VAUXHALL with 2 mounts before and they told him that ECU will cost him more than £2000. I been with the car at service and found out the gearbox is gone and the engine belt need replacing. I WILL TAKE HIM TO THE HIGH COURT.

I bought a Vauxhall astra 1.4 59 reg as a first car from here in January 2018, it’s March 2018 now and i regret it all ready. First of all, i was promised i would get the car with MOT and reassuranced there would be NO advisories and if there were any it would be fixed at no additional cost. I checked the MOT history and there were 2 advisories which they would not fix and told me i could only get it fixed from them at additional cost. Secondly i was promised i would get the car with a full service? Today i checked i have no engine oil AT ALL and my engine nearly died on me. I also seen in my car i had no brake fluid? Yet they still stamped my service book but gave no service on my car. Absolutely disgusted with the service at this garage and would not recommend to anyone. If you looking to buy a car from here make sure to check everything under the bonnet.

I purchased a version crafter in September 2016, since purchase this vehicle has had multiple faults, water leak, clutch and fan wheel Replacement, starter Motor replaced, battery and egr cooler. I thought this was the end but the engine has now failed. I purchased £10,000 for this vehicle and this is now worth £2000 9-months later. I have contacted the garage who are not interested and I will be pursuing this further.

We supplied this customer with a warranty free of charge when the vehicle was purchased. After 7000 miles on a commercial vehicle the clutch failed, the warranty company assessor examined the clutch and found it to be wear and tear due to the mileage the vehicle had by then covered. At no point has Automotion Motor Company been able to examine any said faults as the customer never made us aware of any problems at the time the problem occurred. We were made aware of a water leak fault the customer said this had to be fixed several times (we believe this was due to the garage doing the repairs incompetence) Automotion Motor Company Ltd issues a free parts & labour warranty with all retail sales of vehicles, however this does not cover wear & tear as this a cost of motoring. Automotion Motor Company has a fully fitted work shop where repairs can be undertaken in the event of an unforeseen fault developing.
I went to Automotion Motor Company to purchase a Vauxhall Corsa which appeared to be perfect! unfortunately the car recently broke down due to needing a new head gasket which had apparently been skimmed by the dealer. If I would have known this I would not have purchased the car as this happened with my previous car which had to be scrapped. When I informed the dealer of the issues, all he could say is "well your insurance covers that". The car was clean and good value for money but I am disappointed that the car is having issues after only a few months. I wouldn't recommend.

Customer reported that Vehicle had developed a overheating fault 6 weeks after purchase and we could never of known or anticipated a problem would arise, It was not present at point of sale or during the 50 point inspection we carried out as we do on all our retail stock. We advised customer to contact the warranty company as we had supplied a free of charge parts and labour warranty with her car to cover any unexpected problems and as peace of mind only because she was several hundred miles away from our workshop for repair (not her insurance company) The vehicle was repaired at no cost to the customer serval days After initial contact from the above customer by our trained technician on site in our full equipped workshop. We assume this initial review has been wrote in the heat of the moment before being repaired.

I couldn't really ask for better, Automotion were nice and organised, they had the car ready and waiting and all the paperwork sorted before I arrived. With a used car you expect there to be some flaws but so far I've not had a single issue. I definitely recommend them they've got a good range of cars.
